Delivery & Returns
We work with a network of global courier services to offer you the best shipping options available. If you place your order before 12.30pm GMT on Monday to Friday, our warehouse will process your order the same day. Orders placed after 12.30pm GMT, will be processed on the next working day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday morning.
Like all online businesses, we use third party global courier companies to collect and deliver your goods to you.
When the goods leave our warehouse, the courier company has responsibility to deliver it to you. Whilst we can give estimates of when your delivery will arrive, based on the courier company’s information to us, we cannot guarantee their performance, as they are a separate company.
We will liaise with the courier company in the unlikely event of any delays to ensure you know what is happening with your delivery, and to ensure you receive it.
Customer care is very important to us so we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns & Refunds
At Smarter Surfaces™, we try our very best to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their orders. If for any reason, you need to return goods to us, please follow the steps below.
Returns process and refund policy for Smarter Surfaces™ products:
For your peace of mind, you can return unused Smarter Surfaces products for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you'd like to return or report damaged/defective items. Products must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of notification.
If you wish to do so, please follow the steps below:
- Email [email protected] explaining the reason for your return. Please also state your order number.
- A support agent will request that you return the items to our headquarters. The goods will then be inspected to ensure they are of merchantable quality. Please note, most domestic postal services will not accept paint and/or liquids and you may have to return the goods using a courier.
- Once the goods are confirmed to be in resellable condition, we will happily issue you with a full refund for the amount of the items.
Most of our products can be shipped with standard couriers however Smart Whiteboard Paint must be shipped using specific shipping labels. If you wish to return it please contact us and we will provide the necessary labels for you to place on the box before providing to your chosen courier.
If you decide to cancel or change your order before it arrives, we recommend that you refuse delivery from the courier. This will result in the goods being returned to us directly without the need for new shipping labels.
Should you decide to cancel or change your order after it has been delivered and accepted by you, we cannot take responsibility for its return. We can only issue a refund once the goods have been returned to us and reviewed.
Return Charges
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. No unpaid returns will be accepted. Note: In the unlikely event that the items are damaged by the carrier, you will be able to file a claim with the delivering carrier for the full cost of the items damage

Do I need to pay additional import fees?
Import taxes are covered by Smarter Surfaces. If you are charged by our courier please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in getting a refund for these fees.
