Step 2 - Prepare Adhesive
Mix 5% water into the ready-mixed vinyl-over-vinyl adhesive and stir well. Regular vinyl adhesive is not suitable.
Step 3 - Apply Adhesive
Apply two coats of adhesive to the wall. Let the first coat dry before adding the second coat.
Step 4 - Apply Wallpaper
Apply wallpaper horizontally, remove air bubbles, and excess adhesive. Wait 48 hours before use.
