How to Apply Super Magnetic Paint
Super magnetic paint for walls is easy to apply, making professional installation unnecessary. With just a few simple steps, anyone can have it ready to use.
Step 1 - Surface Prep
Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Check and fill any holes or cracks in the surface with a normal decorator’s filler.
Step 2 - Apply Primer
Apply one coat of White Primer to prepare the surface.
Step 3 - Apply Super Magnetic Paint
Apply the first coat smoothly and evenly. Allow to dry. Lightly sand between coats. Ensure finished surface is smooth. Note: We recommend 4 coats of paint.
Step 4 - Drying Time
Allow the surface to dry for a minimum of 24 hours before overcoating or applying a paint colour or wallpaper.

Due to the presence of magnetic particles, Super Magnetic Paint is predominantly black. You can achieve your preferred colour by applying regular paint over the magnetic layer.
Are the necessary coats in each tin of Super Magnetic Paint?
Yes, all the coats required are supplied within the tin. For Super Magnetic Paint, you will require 4 coats of paint.
Does the best magnetic paint for walls affect WIFI signals?
No, strong magnetic paint does not disrupt any signals; WIFI functions normally when in proximity to magnetic plaster and paints.

Yes, you can apply any paint of your choice and can also install wallpaper or a digital print in your chosen pattern or design over Magnetic Paint.
Due to the black colour of strong magnetic paint, you may need to apply more than one coat of the colour of your choice. We recommend using a primer for a smooth white base for lighter shades of topcoat paint.
We also advise selecting a thinner product for the top layer, as a thicker or denser topcoat may impact magnetic performance.
How can I make a magnetic whiteboard wall?
You can layer whiteboard paints over the magnetic surface to add dry-erase functionality.
